Who qualifies for ECO4 installations with Dream Homes Build?
You could qualify if:
You or someone in your household receives eligible government benefits (like Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support, etc.)
Your home has a low energy efficiency rating (EPC rating D–G)
You own your home or rent from a private landlord with permission for the work

Which upgrade can I get?
The upgrade(s) you can get depend on your home and your current energy efficiency.
Once we check your eligibility, we’ll let you know exactly which upgrades your property qualifies for — and arrange everything for you.

What is the process of getting the upgrade(s)?
It’s quick and simple:
Complete our online eligibility form — this helps us confirm if you meet the ECO4 criteria.
Initial checks — we review your details and let you know if you’re likely to qualify.
Free home survey — if you pass the initial checks, we’ll arrange for one of our qualified engineers to visit your property at no cost. They’ll assess which upgrades your home qualifies for under the scheme.
Installation — if approved, we’ll arrange the installation of your upgrade(s), fully funded through ECO4.
Do you do gas and plumbing work outside of the ECO4 scheme?
Yes, we offer a range of gas and plumbing services beyond the ECO4 scheme. However, our ECO4 work is fully funded or subsidised, while other services are charged at standard rates. If you need any additional work, we can provide a free quote and advise on the best solutions for your home.
